Creating Evan and Riley's Dream Wedding Flowers at Quincy Hall

Classic Elegance with Pops of Color for a Stunning Wedding in Minneapolis

Working with the talented wedding planners at Kastina & Co., we had the pleasure of bringing Evan and Riley's dream wedding flowers to life. Married on June 1, 2024, at the beautiful Quincy Hall in Northeast Minneapolis, the couple envisioned a classic and clean look with delightful pops of color, and we were thrilled to make it happen.

For Riley’s bridal bouquet, we chose bright yet creamy white Playa Blanca roses, creating a timeless and elegant look, intentionally keeping the stems slightly longer for a lavish style. The bridesmaids carried petite bouquets of Secret Garden pink and Nina red roses, tied with chiffon ribbon. These vibrant colors added depth and interest to their bridal party photos, perfectly complementing the classic theme with a touch of fun.

In a lovely twist, the couple’s moms carried small personal bouquets instead of traditional corsages, which we absolutely adored! Their bouquets included white calla lilies as a nod to their own wedding bouquets from many years ago, adding a sentimental and personal touch to the celebration.

For the ceremony, we crafted a stunning aerial hanging installation to guide the wedding party down the aisle to the altar. Ethereal floral clouds in white, blush, and crimson red were suspended from the ceiling, creating a magical and whimsical atmosphere. We used a mix of florals and fun textures to achieve the cloud-like effect, making the ceremony space feel dreamy and enchanting. Additionally, a rented wooden cross adorned with coordinating color-blocked florals served as a beautiful focal point at the altar.

After the ceremony, the head table was set directly underneath the hanging installation, providing lots of drama and intrigue. Each colored cloud inspired the design of crisp, matte black bud vases with matching florals, creating a cohesive and striking look. The reception tables featured clear bud vases filled with delphinium, roses, and ranunculus, adding elegance and simplicity to the decor.

We also created spotlight arrangements for the gifts and place card tables, ensuring every corner of the venue was adorned with beautiful blooms. Working with Evan and Riley was an absolute joy; they were sweet, kind, and amazing to collaborate with. We wish them the best of luck in their marriage and many happy years ahead.
