Elevating a Benefactor Banquet with Custom Florals for a Prestigious Medical Clinic

Recently, Bumble Fleur had the privilege of working with a world-renowned medical clinic based in Minnesota and an amazing corporate event planning team at Metro Connections to transform their benefactor banquet at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, MN into something truly special. With a guest list of 300, this event required careful attention to detail and creativity to ensure that each space was adorned with elegant and impactful florals.

From the beginning, we worked closely with the event planners to create a custom color palette and mood board that set the tone for the evening. Our goal was to design florals that elevated the ambiance without being distracting. For the banquet tables, we proposed two distinct centerpiece styles—both designed to add intrigue and interest while ensuring guests had clear sightlines to the stage and each other.

Beyond the banquet tables, we designed gorgeous arrangements for the foyer and lounge areas, bringing warmth and elegance to the social spaces. We also created four large, stunning floral pieces that graced the bars and registration desks, making an unforgettable first impression as guests entered.
