What topics are covered in a floral design class?
Topics covered in a floral design class may include flower selection and care, floral design techniques, and other trending floral topics. Classes can be tailored to your tastes and needs, as we want the experience to feel as special and custom as possible for your group.
How do I book a floral design class?
To book a private floral design class, complete the class request form and provide your contact information, desired class date and time, and any other relevant information. Please note that we do not host classes on Sundays. We’ll reach out to you to confirm and finalize your details, and share an invoice.
To book an open floral design class, find a date that works for you in our Shop’s Listing.
Are there different levels of classes available?
Classes are designed for all skill levels and can be customized to fit your needs. Private groups can choose their own floral color palette, snacks, time spent at the studio, and even celebrate a special occasion like a birthday, bachelorette party, bridal shower, or other big life moment. Open classes are designed for all skill levels and participants must be 13 years or older.
What materials do I need to bring to the class?
You don't need to bring anything! All materials, including tools, containers, fresh flowers, boxes, and packaging, are provided for you. Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm to learn and create beautiful floral arrangements.
What is the cost of a floral design class?
Private classes are $135 per person with a minimum group size of eight people. The cost includes snacks, beverages, time to mingle and relax in the studio, a floral design lesson, time to create, time to take photos after, and packaging of your arrangements. If you are a past or future wedding client of Bumble Fleur, the cost per person is reduced to $110. This is a comprehensive and enjoyable experience that includes everything you need to learn the tips and tricks of floral design and take your creations home with you.
Open floral design classes are $110 per person + tax.
What if I need to reschedule my class?
Private classes can be rescheduled up to two weeks before your original date. This is because in-season flowers need to be ordered, delivered and processed before we can use them in class. Rescheduling a class within two weeks of the originally scheduled date is possible with a $200 Class Date Change Fee.
Open floral design classes can be refunded up to seven days before the class. Within 7 days, there are no refunds on open floral classes.
