As a floral design business specializing in weddings, our commitment to making your special day unforgettable doesn't end with the exchange of vows and the last dance. We're dedicated to ensuring the seamless conclusion of your event, which is why we offer Teardown Services to ensure every detail is handled with care and responsibility.
The Art of Teardown
Our Event Teardown Procedure is designed to provide you with peace of mind and an impeccable conclusion to your wedding celebration. From the moment we arrive at your chosen venue to the careful collection of decor and floral designs, we want you to know that your happiness is our top priority.
What to Expect
Prompt Arrival: At 10:00 PM, our team will arrive at your venue, ready to start the teardown process. We understand the importance of timing on your wedding day, and you can trust us to be punctual.
Professionalism: Our team will be dressed properly to maintain a professional appearance. We believe that a tidy appearance is essential, even during teardown.
Collection of Decor and Floral Designs: Every floral arrangement, decorative element, and personal touch will be carefully collected. We'll leave no stone unturned to ensure we don’t forget a thing.
Rental Materials
If your wedding includes rental materials such as vases, candle holders, or other mechanics, rest assured that we will collect them along with the arrangements. Our goal is to minimize any disruption or mess at the venue, and we do this by leaving these items intact. We do not dismantle our arrangements at the venue to reduce risk of mess.
Responsible Choices
At Bumble Fleur, we're environmentally conscious. For floral designs that don't include any of our rental materials, you have three options:
Keeping them: For designs that do not use any bases, vases, mechanics or otherwise belonging to Bumble Fleur, you are welcome to keep the floral designs or give them away to guests. This must be noted and included in your floral contract in order to keep your designs.
Composting: We can responsibly compost the leftover materials, ensuring they return to the earth in an eco-friendly way.
Donation: Alternatively, if you wish, we can attempt to donate the leftover materials to a deserving cause, extending the beauty and joy of your wedding day to others.
Floral designs that do include our rental materials will be collected during the teardown process, including the floral designs on them.
Packing and Transportation
Before leaving the venue, we'll pack and secure all collected items to prevent any damage during transportation. Items that need composting will be separated and labeled accordingly, ensuring responsible disposal.
Venue Cleanup
We take pride in leaving your venue in the same condition as we found it, or even better. Our final walkthrough ensures that no items or debris are left behind, allowing you to focus on the memories you've just created.
Our Commitment Continues
After returning to our facilities, we diligently inventory and process all collected items. You can trust that every detail will be handled with the same level of care that went into creating your stunning floral designs.

We believe in open communication. If you choose donation, we'll follow up with the process to ensure responsible disposal. And, of course, we're always here to address any post-event questions or concerns you may have.
