Discovering the Peace of Flowers and their Healing Abilities

Grief is a weight that can feel unbearable at times, and the path to healing can be a challenging one to navigate. For those seeking solace in the beauty of nature, Bumble Fleur is honored to present "Finding Beauty in Grief: A Floral Design Experience," an upcoming workshop that offers a unique and artistic approach to coping with grief and loss.

This workshop, "Finding Beauty in Grief: A Floral Design Experience," offers a unique opportunity to explore emotions and feelings surrounding grief through the art of floral design. Luxury floral designer and owner of Bumble Fleur, Brooke Hanson, will guide participants through creating their own floral arrangement to take home with gorgeous fresh flowers. The process of arranging flowers can be meditative, providing a sense of peace and tranquility that can aid in coping with grief. Brooke will also lead a simple meditation about flowers and share the symbolism of different blooms and how they can help in the healing process.

This workshop is open to all adults, regardless of when or how you have experienced loss. It is a safe and supportive environment to express yourself, share your feelings and connect with others who understand what you're going through. It's not just about the end product but the journey that you undertake, which can be therapeutic.

The workshop will be part of a series of seminars and workshops taking place in the beautiful seminar room at Schromen Law, a place dedicated to providing support and resources for those who are going through a life transition. This series will include more events and conversations aimed at helping participants navigate loss and grief.

The event will be held at 6:00pm and located at 319 Ramsey Street, Saint Paul, MN. This special event is a wonderfully unique opportunity for anyone looking for a new way to cope with grief and find beauty in the midst of loss.
