During your consultation, we'll discuss your vision, ideas, and the details of your wedding to create a customized floral plan just for you.

What is the process for ordering wedding florals?

Once you've had your consultation and have decided on your design plan, we'll create a proposal for you. Once you approve the proposal, we'll secure your date with a deposit and finalize all the details. Closer to the wedding day, we'll work with you to ensure everything is just as you envisioned it.

How far in advance should I book my wedding florals?

We recommend booking your wedding florals at least 6-12 months in advance, especially if you're getting married during peak wedding season. This allows us ample time to source the freshest flowers and design the perfect arrangements for you.

We'll coordinate with your venue and other vendors to ensure your wedding florals are delivered and set up on time, so you can enjoy your day stress-free. We'll also be available on the wedding day to make any last-minute adjustments if needed.

What is the average cost of wedding florals?

The cost of wedding florals varies greatly depending on the type of flowers, designs, and the size of your wedding. During your consultation, we'll provide you with an accurate quote based on your specific needs and budget. Bumble Fleur’s minimum spend investment for weddings in 2023 is $3,500.

How do A La Carté weddings work?

  1. Pick a color palette from our pre-designed color schemes.

  2. Review the A La Carté menu on the next page and submit the form below it to get a customized wedding floral quote. A la Carté flowers adheres to our pre-set color palettes, and all creative design direction is performed by Bumble Fleur.

  3. Your order will be confirmed within 72 hours of submission. You’ll receive an email confirming quantities for each desired product and then we will send you a quote for your wedding flowers.

  4. Once your invoice is paid, your flowers are booked and we will coordinate a time for you to pick up your order at our studio.

  5. We’ll check in a week before your wedding to confirm your details one more time, then your flowers will be ready for pickup at our studio!

    What else is important to know for A La Carté orders?

    1. Approximately one month/30 days notice is typically required to place an A la Carté order.

    2. Orders must be confirmed by Bumble Fleur via email and paid for in full before they are considered booked.

    3. The minimum spend for A la Carté Weddings is $550.

    4. Only a limited number of A la Carté weddings are accepted on a given day - submit the form and confirm your date now!
